Corporate Travel Agent

Job Location: San Antonio, TX,

Job Responsibilities
• Make travel reservations (air, car & hotel)
• Quality control each reservation
• Create and accurately process documents that support financial aspects of travel (refunds, voids, exchanges, ticketing, etc.)
• Timely research and resolution of errors and problems
• Maintain positive relationships with consumers and fellow employees

Job Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented and entrepreneurial work environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication, partnering and relationship skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Flexibility and organizational skills

Technical Qualifications
• 3 year minimum experience on Sabre systems
• Ability to learn other systems as required

Experience and Physical Requirements
• 2-5 years travel experience required
• Sitting for long periods of time
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Keyboarding
• Lifting 10 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
